God
God exists as a literal being, in a region of space beyond our earth referred to in the Bible as “heaven”.
(Psalm 11:4) Physically His appearance is like ours, or more correctly, we were made to look like Him (Genesis 1:27) However unlike us, he is an immortal and supremely powerful and intelligent being with knowledge, wisdom and abilities that are vastly superior to ours.
1 Timothy 6:15-16, Job 12:13, Psalm 104:24, Isaiah 55:9
He is also a being with personality – he is loving, kind, patient and merciful; at the same time completely just and fair, true to His own values and always consistent.
Psalm 103:6-14, Exodus 34:5-7
The Christadelphians believe that the God of the Bible is one, the Father alone (1 Corinthians 8:6) who created the earth and all life forms on it, including humanity (Acts 17:24-25); that Jesus Christ is His only begotten Son, and the Holy Spirit is His Power.
Acts 10:38, Luke 1:35
God is very interested in people, and has great plans for the future of His creation. He has created them for a purpose which He will see through to completion.
Isaiah 45:18, Numbers 14:21, 1Corinthians 2:9, Rom 2v6-8
